Compositor / Online Artist

Forsman & Bodenfors Studios is looking for a compositor / online artist based in Gothenburg.

Job Description

This role demands strong technical abilities and creativity. As a compositor / online artist at F&B Studios, you will work with both large and small productions - several on an international level. You need to be highly efficient and organized in your technical and software abilities while being highly artistic and an excellent creative problem solver. We want you to push our limits in post production and enable us to produce better and more creative work. We believe that you have a great network of 3D artists.

Responsibilities

You will be a part of our post production team responsible for compositing VFX sequences that incorporate CG, live-action, stock footage, or designed elements. You will also do set-extensions, 2D and 3D camera tracking, paint and rotoscoping. You will also be supporting more basic online and deliveries for our clients.

Qualifications

You have a strong creative eye and problem-solving attitude.

Experience in compositing using Nuke, Flame or Fusion for VFX projects, ideally in Advertising.

Seamless integration of live-action, Blue/Green screen and CGI sources.

Excellent understanding of roto and comp techniques, 2D & 3D tracking and best practices

Strong understanding of identifying compositing issues (black levels, key edges, tracks, roto, etc.)

Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues.

Excellent attention to detail

You are a team player that loves to motivate your team.

We believe that you have at least 5 years of experience as an Online Artist / Compositor.
